Sunday, August 9th

i tried to do:

12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
pull-ups
push-ups
dips
sit-ups
twist sit-ups

but i didn't make it. :(

what i ended up doing was:

12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6
pull-ups
push-ups
dips
sit-ups
twist sit-ups

then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
push-ups
dips
sit-ups
twist sit-ups
