30/30 press (with rocks...i think they are about 4-5 lbs each and i was using 2, one in each hand)

8 rounds:
10 pushups
10 dips (these are fake dips, hands on chair/feet on floor)
10 sit-ups
20 twist sit-ups (with 1 rock)
